Me dijeron que no tenía derecho a un reembolso, pero que podía devolver los paquetes una vez que llegaran. Determiné que el riesgo que implicaba hacer eso era inmanejable: tendrían tanto mi dinero como sus artículos, y las posibilidades de que la transacción se completara alguna vez eran pequeñas.
Uno de los artículos finalmente se recibió en mayo. Es demasiado grande para usar. Aparentemente, el otro artículo nunca se envió, nunca se recibirá y, por lo tanto, nunca podrá devolverse de todos modos.
En el futuro, no compraré artículos en línea sin importar cuán hermosas sean las fotografías o cuán efectivo sea el marketing de estilo de vida. Esta empresa importa artículos baratos que no valen el riesgo, el dinero o la agravación.
