Esperando días para que GARP devuelva mis muchas llamadas ya que pagué por un curso que costó ca. $ 200 y no funciona y no recibe todo el material del curso. Nadie devuelve mis llamadas o correos electrónicos. Todas las llamadas van a un sistema de mensajería después de esperar unos 10 minutos para que alguien atienda la llamada.

RR.HH. trabaja para la empresa, no para usted. Nunca confíes en ellos. Las políticas, o la falta de ellas, se siguen siempre que les beneficia. No hay espacio para el crecimiento / avance en esta empresa porque la gerencia solo se preocupa por ellos mismos. y el departamento de TI es el peor con diferencia.

¡La atención al cliente en GARP no es profesional en absoluto! Me comuniqué con ellos muchas veces, pero 1) NO atienden teléfonos, 2) NO responden correos electrónicos, 3) NO atienden una solicitud. No puedo creer lo bajo que es su nivel de profesionalidad.
