Cada vez que voy a esta oficina, tengo que pasar de 2 a 3 horas esperando a que me vean. Si los médicos no pueden atender a los pacientes, lo mínimo que pueden hacer es hacernos reprogramar. Encuentro que la programación de esta oficina es increíblemente poco profesional.
