La peor empresa de seguridad. Proporcionan equipos obsoletos de segunda mano / renovados, que se rompen constantemente. Luego, le facturan cientos de dólares para que alguien repare su equipo defectuoso. Cobran un mínimo de $ 800 por la instalación ... otras empresas de seguridad no cobran por la instalación. Las otras revisiones son correctas, no tienen ningún sentido de urgencia para ser una empresa de seguridad. Todo siempre tarda 2 semanas en rectificarse o puedes pagar más por el servicio urgente y recibir la asistencia necesaria en 3 a 5 días. En un momento dado, nuestro negocio estaba fuera de línea, todavía tomaron nuestro dinero, pero no nos asesoraron hasta que nos dimos cuenta de que el DVR no funcionaba. Y, por supuesto, tienen el descaro de intentar cobrarnos para solucionar su problema. Si usted es propietario de una pequeña o mediana empresa, investigue antes de optar por UAS, ya que no son confiables, no instalan equipos del más alto nivel en sus instalaciones y NO son el lugar más económico. Desafortunadamente, actualmente soy un cliente porque compré una franquicia que los estaba usando en ese momento. Ahora usan otra compañía, ¡imagínate! Por último, ¡el servicio al cliente es inexistente! Solo puede hablar con alguien que transmita mensajes, lo que siempre hace que se transmita información distorsionada.

La peor y más deshonesta empresa de seguridad del mundo. Les encanta duplicar la factura. Vender equipo usado por nuevo. No se preocupe, haga negocios con ellos y lo sabrá. Pero tenga cuidado, ha sido advertido.

Desafortunadamente, tuve que hacer que mi alarma contra incendios se cambiara al código y se conectara a la alarma del centro comercial, lo que significaba que ya no podía usar su servicio de monitoreo. Después de todos los años de ser un cliente leal, me obligaron a cumplir con una cláusula de renovación automática en un contrato por un servicio que ya no podía usar porque debía cumplir con el código de incendio del municipio. Nadie en UAS ayudó. En cambio, recibí amenazas de litigio y cobranzas. Obviamente, esta empresa no se preocupa por las buenas relaciones comerciales y los clientes. Nunca los usaría ni se los recomendaría a nadie.
