Me acabo de mudar a un apartamento de 1 dormitorio en el primer piso. De una casa. Antes de eso, la casa estaba siendo renovada, por lo que el propietario pagaba la casa completa. Tenía maquinaria pesada y calefacción 24/7. La factura de luz era como máximo 150. Me mudé el 3 de febrero. La lectura del medidor desde el 3 hasta el 25 muestra que mi factura de luz es 551. Yo estaba en un refugio familiar antes, así que ni siquiera tenía televisores, lámparas, microondas cuando me mudé durante al menos 2 semanas. Comprensiblemente, estaba en shock. Llamé y el servicio de atención al cliente no sabe cómo responder a ninguna de mis preguntas. Si me cobran por toda la casa, aunque se supone que es solo el primer piso. Qué harían y si la lectura es incorrecta qué van a hacer con el monto de esta factura, nada. Lo máximo es que se ofreció a enviar a alguien para que revisara el medidor y le hiciera las preguntas que tuviera. Cómo un apartamento de 1 hab con 1 nevera. 1 televisor. ¿2 lámparas (porque la sala de estar y el dormitorio no tienen bombillas en el techo) consumieron 551 en menos de un mes? Smdh

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas, lo haría. Los empleados más poco profesionales, groseros e irrespetuosos con los que he tenido que tratar. Es una pena que sean los proveedores de mi ciudad.

Es un dolor trabajar con esta empresa. Todo lo que quiero es configurar el pago automático en mi tarjeta de crédito. No lo permitirán. Intenté configurarlo con mi cuenta bancaria y me dijeron que los cargos no se procesarán. Ahora, cada vez que quiero pagar mi factura, tengo que pasar 20 minutos pagando a través de la automatización de la tarjeta de crédito y me cobran $ 4 cada vez.

Dejan un lío terrible atrás. Sé que UI no es la que está pirateando todos los árboles, pero eligen contratar a esas empresas.
