¡NO USE SALMAT!

Mi empresa contrató los servicios de Salmat para entregar aprox. 40.000 imanes de nevera a finales de octubre de 2019.

6 semanas después y ni un solo trabajo o consulta, aparte de un residente enojado que se queja de grandes cantidades de nuestro material vertido ilegalmente sobre su propiedad y el sendero del consejo fuera de su residencia. (ver imagen adjunta)

Me comuniqué con la gerencia, pero no investigaron el incidente ni devolvieron mis llamadas. También se envió un correo electrónico al Gerente General (Matthew Carracher). Como se esperaba, no se recibió respuesta ni comunicación.

Su centro de llamadas está configurado para filipenses, lo que permite a la administración filtrar las llamadas que desean aceptar y rechazar.

Estoy seguro de que Salmat responderá a esta queja con una respuesta genérica, indicando que investigarán este asunto o que se pondrán en contacto para resolver este problema, ¡creo que no!

No estoy seguro de si incluso entregaron nuestros folletos. Sin informes, sin comentarios, sin llamadas telefónicas de seguimiento de la empresa. Están felices de tomar su dinero y no proporcionar los servicios.

Fácil de localizar: fui a una entrevista de trabajo de finanzas. Normalmente cosas, espero que sea una buena empresa para trabajar.
