Instalé un juego de cadena de distribución en una Dodge Ram 2011 con un 5.7 y 30 días después la cadena se rompió en el eslabón y dobló las válvulas y dañó los pistones cerca de los anillos, un motor usado costaba 2500.00 y alrededor de 900.00 mano de obra para colocarlo, Envié la cadena para obtener una garantía y dijeron que la instalamos mal y que no me enviarían la cadena dañada.Tenía una empresa que iba a hacer una radiografía del metal y me dijo por qué falló, por lo que no hay garantía en allí Productos Cubrí el costo de todo para mi cliente, por lo que mi empresa no obtendría reseñas como S, un engranaje sí

Hemos tenido fallas de 3 de sus unidades en diferentes vehículos después de solo unos pocos miles de millas de uso. Retiraron las piezas y su evaluación fue que los motores estaban fangosos y provocaron que la pieza fallara. No estoy realmente seguro de cómo determinaron que el motor estaba fangoso solo con los componentes de sincronización. Mantuve los motores durante la investigación para poder demostrar lo contrario, pero no les importó y no tienen un proceso de apelación. La última falla me costó 5000 de mi bolsillo para que el vehículo del cliente volviera a la carretera porque cuando la rueda dentada falló, la cadena aterrizó en la tapa de distribución y llenó el aceite con metal y arruinó los cojinetes y cuando la sincronización se salió, las válvulas golpearon el pistones y rompió las tapas del árbol de levas. ¿Hay dos piñones idénticos pero solo uno falló? Creo que si el problema fuera el lodo del motor, ambos habrían fallado. Adjunté fotos de la parte fallada y una de la parte superior de la culata donde se pueden ver las tapas de las levas rotas y NO hay lodo. Iré a OE u otra fuente de componentes de tiempo.
