Apoyo absolutamente horrible.
El soporte de nivel 1 rara vez puede responder a mis preguntas. El soporte de nivel 2 casi nunca está disponible en el momento en que llamo y debe devolverme la llamada. Las devoluciones de llamadas de ellos varían de 1 hora a TRES SEMANAS después. Si puede obtener soporte de nivel 3, entonces es de oro. El nivel 3 suele resolver de inmediato cualquier problema que no involucre a los programadores. Pero tienes que trabajar en el nivel 1 y el nivel 2 antes de obtener el soporte de nivel 3.
No estoy seguro de que los programadores existan realmente. Si encuentra un error? Sí, ríndete a menos que el error bloquee tu red repetida y constantemente y no puedas evitarlo. Se rechazan las solicitudes para hablar con los programadores. Los errores se ignoran por completo cuando se informa. (Tengo una lista de 15 errores, muchos de los cuales han estado en el programa durante más de 2 años).
El sitio web de soporte ha sido una broma enorme a lo largo de los años. Durante más de un año, el foro ni siquiera aceptaba nuevas publicaciones. Recientemente ha aceptado publicaciones, pero no muestra respuestas. Acabo de comprobar ahora de nuevo y finalmente muestra respuestas ... pero mi respuesta de 4 meses es "esperando revisión".
