Trabajó en este edificio durante algunos años. Para una ubicación céntrica, el entorno es agradable. Las instalaciones de la oficina tienen un estacionamiento decente bastante cerca del edificio que minimiza la necesidad de caminar mucho en el frío.

No estar en la parte más concurrida de Albany significa conectividad de autobús limitada, aunque hay una frecuencia de 10 minutos entre un par de CDTA para llegar a Lark. Hay algunos restaurantes que se encuentran a poca distancia del edificio, pero ninguno que sea realmente bueno. Un Walgreen al otro lado de la calle es útil.

El césped adyacente al edificio es un paseo decente por la tarde y Holland Ave no está tan mal para una caminata rápida de 15 minutos durante el día.

El edificio alberga algunas oficinas estatales y ofrece un entorno esperado para una oficina estatal.
