No recomendaría firmar un contrato de arrendamiento con esta empresa. Están extremadamente desorganizados. Me dieron mucha información incorrecta antes de trabajar con ellos. Estaba dispuesto a pagar una prima por un apartamento nuevo llave en mano y, en cambio, me engañaron. No estaban listos durante semanas después de la fecha de mudanza acordada. La construcción estaba incompleta. Los medidores de gas no estaban instalados en el edificio, no había caja de seguridad para recibir las entregas, las encimeras no estaban completamente instaladas, faltaba el asiento del inodoro, la cerradura de la puerta estaba rota, la lavandería no se instaló hasta semanas después, etc. Para empeorar las cosas , me cobraron por las semanas que el apartamento no tenía agua caliente ni gas (en diciembre, fíjate) e ignoraron la mayoría de los problemas que les planteé. Tampoco responden llamadas telefónicas y solo responden correos electrónicos a su discreción. No hay escasez de nuevos desarrollos en Brooklyn, por qué molestarse en pagar más por viviendas y servicios de calidad inferior.

Actualización: También retuvieron ilegalmente mi depósito de seguridad sin explicación ni respuesta.

Legítimamente las peores personas en Nueva York para alquilar. No solo no están completamente dispuestos a ayudar (ya he tenido plomería de emergencia antes debido a esto), sino que pasamos UN CUARTO de año con una fuga MASIVA en nuestro baño y un agujero gigante en el techo ... solo para recibir un alquiler de $ 200 cortes y problemas continuos. Nadie te ayudará, si lo hacen, pasarán semanas antes de que se arregle algo, después de que me vi obligado a llamar al departamento de vivienda, supe que tienen TONELADAS de citaciones y quejas. De hecho, ha habido otro gran agujero en el techo de nuestro baño durante semanas mientras escribo esto, y nadie contesta el teléfono o ajusta el alquiler después de que le pagué a un plomero $ 1700 en EFECTIVO para que nos ayudara. Estoy seguro de que después de esta revisión nunca nos ayudarán, pero por favor, no vale la pena con ellos. Créeme.
