Estaba emocionado de que este producto arreglara el atractivo exterior de mi hogar. Fue fácil de instalar y al principio se veía bien. Desafortunadamente, no recomendaría que NextStone se use en exteriores. O en interiores si tienes animales.
Le advierto a cualquiera que lo instale al aire libre que si los animales orinan en el producto NextStone (perros o gatos callejeros / vecinos) manchará el producto de blanco, y ninguna cantidad de pintura de retoque hará que se vea bien nuevamente.
La compañía dice que se puede manejar en exteriores, pero yo siento que no.
La compañía fue grosera con el teléfono y consideró que no cumplía con los estándares de garantía.
Pensé que la gente debería saberlo.

Leí otra reseña en Yahoo que decía que los pájaros carpinteros arruinaron su NextStone y la compañía tampoco lo garantizó.

Quería felicitar a Anita G. Ella fue súper profesional y me ayudó a combinar el viejo revestimiento de chapa que tenía en mi casa cuando la compré. Uno de los mejores servicios al cliente que he experimentado. Gracias de nuevo Nextstone !!!

PRIMER PROBLEMA: No llamaron ni dejaron ningún mensaje sobre la fecha de entrega programada. Como resultado, necesitábamos contactar a LOWES para averiguar qué estaba pasando. LOWES se puso en contacto con NEXTSTONE y aparentemente el EMPLEADO de NEXTSTONE fue MUY RUDO CON EL GERENTE DE LOWES.
SEGUNDO: ¡El repartidor fue MUY GRUESO!
TERCERO: Debido a lo anterior, el PROYECTO DEMORADO, tenía trabajadores en el lugar listos para trabajar Y NADA QUE HACER.
CUARTO: ¡Enviaron el COLOR INCORRECTO DE PIEDRA!
QUINTO: NEXTSTONE no envió el pedido completo. Faltan todas las piezas de las esquinas !!!!!! LOS INSTALADORES NO PUDIERON HACER EL TRABAJO, UNA VEZ MÁS, DEBIDO AL INEFICIENTE procesamiento de pedidos de NEXTSTONE.
SEXTO: Llamamos a NEXTSTONE directamente, les avisamos que no enviaron el color correcto y no se entregaron las piezas de las esquinas. UNA VEZ MÁS, UN EMPLEADO MUY GRUESO, MÁS O MENOS NOS ACUSÓ DE MENTIR SOBRE LO RECIBIDO.
SÉPTIMO: Hablé nuevamente con el gerente de Lowes con respecto a lo anterior. Trató de remediarlo, pero nos advirtió, ¡él también fue TRATADO MAL!
OCTAVA: NEXTSTONE NUNCA OFRECÓ UNA DISCULPA, NO "RESPONDIÓ" A SUS ERRORES, NI OFRECERON NINGÚN TIPO DE COMPENSACIÓN.
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡EL COMPRADOR TENGA CUIDADO!!!!!!!!! LA EMPRESA PARECE NO PREOCUPARSE POR EL CLIENTE, EN ABSOLUTO !!!
LOWES FUE MUY ÚTIL COMO REMEDIADOR, PERO TAMBIÉN SE CUMPLIERON CON LA RUDEZA.

Recientemente he realizado 2 proyectos importantes de NextStone y me estoy embarcando en 3 y 4. He elegido la siguiente piedra para utilizar en el futuro almacén de mi empresa. Es sorprendente lo mejor que es en términos de facilidad de instalación y durabilidad en comparación con otras carillas de piedra que he usado en el pasado. Con Bellastone ya no en el mercado, espero con ansias muchos más proyectos de NextStone a medida que ambos crecemos juntos.
