Mi familia está comprando una nueva casa bajo la dirección de proyectos de esta empresa. Hasta la fecha, hemos pasado 2,5 meses de nuestra fecha de cierre prevista y la construcción de nuestra casa ni siquiera ha comenzado. Es comprensible que Covid exagere estos retrasos, y algunos retrasos también son comprensiblemente solo parte del proceso.
SIN EMBARGO, el Gerente de Proyecto de esta compañía y el representante encargado de brindarnos actualizaciones es completamente desconsiderado e incompetente en mantenernos informados del progreso; o más bien, retrasos continuos. Hasta la fecha, que es de más de 8 meses, tengo que solicitar una actualización, que puede tardar semanas en proporcionarse. A medida que se cumplen las fechas objetivo de finalización de los hitos, nadie parece ser capaz de confirmar si el hito se completó, si está en progreso o si se retrasó durante semanas ... ¡inútil!
Me comuniqué con el presidente y espero que esto provoque una mejora, pero hasta que se demuestre lo contrario, nunca volvería a hacer negocios con la empresa.
