Nos dieron una cotización y nos dijeron que no superaría la cantidad cotizada. Después de seis meses, no habíamos tenido noticias de ellos ni habíamos dado una actualización. En la Navidad de 2016 nos dijeron que tendríamos una resolución a principios de año. No escuchamos nada. En repetidas ocasiones pedimos actualizaciones y nos dijeron que estaban ocupados en ese momento. Constantemente se nos prometió una actualización "al día siguiente". Cuando finalmente pude hablar con Emily, me dijo que no podía evitar que sus jefes le dijeran que trabajara en una cuenta de un millón de dólares y dejara la mía a un lado. Dejó muy claro que nuestro caso no era tan importante como el de sus otros clientes. Para el verano de 2017, habíamos recibido una factura pero el caso no estaba terminado. Les dije que pagaría después de que el proyecto estuviera terminado. Luego me informaron que solo terminaría el caso si pagamos más de lo que se cotizaba. Aquí es donde me enojé mucho. Decidí hablar con alguien por encima de Emily. En ese momento me presentaron a Chase. Estuvo de acuerdo en que esto había sido demasiado largo y que se manejó muy mal. Se disculpó repetidamente por el mal servicio al cliente y me dijo que les gusta tratar a sus clientes como si fueran de la familia. Iba a tomar nuestro caso personalmente y nos dijo que no tendríamos que pagar la factura. Quería hacer las cosas bien. Así que confié en que él se haría cargo de la situación y nos haría un seguimiento cuando se completara. Esa discusión tuvo lugar el 29 de junio de 2017. El 20 de octubre de 2017, no hemos recibido una actualización o una conclusión sobre nuestro caso. Sin embargo, hemos recibido una factura por sus servicios. No hemos recibido ni un solo correo electrónico o llamada telefónica para actualizarnos desde esta conversación que tuvimos con Chase. Llamé a Chase para ver qué estaba pasando. Dijo que me conoció una vez y nunca me prometió nada. Dijo que la compañía ha cumplido sus promesas y no estaba equivocada.

En conclusión, no me arriesgaría a llevar su negocio a esta empresa. Simplemente no vale la pena ni el tiempo ni el estrés. Es posible que tenga más suerte si es dueño de un gran negocio y / o gana una cantidad excepcional de dinero.
