Un constructor de viviendas nos recomendó a Bruno Melillo en el verano de 2017 para obtener los dibujos preliminares de nuestro proyecto y, después de presentar un concepto íntimo con el que no estábamos muy contentos, insistió en que pagáramos el saldo final de inmediato y se negó a hacer cambios una vez que tuvo nuestro dinero. También se negó a proporcionar los archivos DWG / CAD para el proyecto por el que pagamos a pesar de que era solo un dibujo preliminar. Mi consejo sería redactar un contrato para TODO lo discutido, incluidas las ediciones y los archivos de trabajo, para que no se aprovechen de ti como nosotros.
