La sala de emergencias me facturó incorrectamente cuando nació mi hija y no me enteré hasta que apareció en mi informe crediticio.
Proporcioné los documentos correctos que prueban que estaba cubierta por el seguro al momento del nacimiento, pero este centro de facturación "lo perdió". Así que envié la prueba por fax de nuevo. Intenté verificarlo, pero me dijeron que me contactarían cuando llegaran dentro de los 30 días. Han pasado unos 60 días y todavía no hay constancia de los documentos que he enviado dos veces, y nadie con quien pueda hablar para corregir esta situación. Me dijeron que enviara por correo y fax la prueba OTRA VEZ porque no hay notas que muestren que se ha recibido algo. Mientras tanto, mi crédito ha tomado y sigue sufriendo debido a esto.
