Medford Care Center Revisar

I had a mixed experience with the care center. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were certain areas that needed improvement. The staff was friendly, but the facilities were not up to par. Overall, it was an average experience.

Ojalá pudiera dar seis estrellas. Hemos tenido a mi madre en muchas instalaciones similares este año y Medford Care Center fue el mejor con diferencia. Muy limpio. Personal muy amable y atento. Fueron más allá de lo que se podía esperar.

Mi madre fue una paciente de rehabilitación. Afortunadamente, pudo arreglárselas por sí misma. Tienen muy poco personal. Su habitación no estaba limpia cuando llegamos, solo le ofrecieron una ducha durante los diez días que estuvo allí. Su ropa nunca estuvo lavada a pesar de que pedí servicio de lavandería cuando llegamos.

Mi suegra se quedó aquí por un corto tiempo y no tengo nada más que cosas buenas que decir sobre la instalación. Su atención, tanto de enfermería como de rehabilitación, fue fantástica. Siempre estuve en contacto con el personal y todas mis preguntas e inquietudes fueron atendidas de inmediato.

Mi experiencia con la instalación es una que espero no volver a experimentar nunca más. La instalación es donde envía a sus seres queridos a morir. Están hechos para sufrir y morir de muerte dolorosa. Tuve varias conversaciones con el centro y con el hospicio samaritano con respecto a los medicamentos de mi hija. Cada vez que la veía sentía un dolor extremo. Mi hija estaba tomando morfina y otros dos medicamentos y siempre estaba bien despierta. Pregunté por qué y me dieron vueltas. Estoy muy decepcionado y molesto. Hablé con la enfermera de samaritan sobre el problema de la medicación y menos de 7 horas después recibí una llamada que pasó mi hija.
