Daría 0 estrellas si fuera una opción. Leer inc en Carroll Iowa no apoya a padres solteros. Especialmente HR Lisa Katzer. Por un lado, es super condescendiente e irrespetuosa, e increíblemente falsa. Su sistema de puntos es una broma. Trabajé allí un poco más de 60 días y me despidieron por tener 3 puntos. El punto 1 fue por enterrar mi camión en la nieve durante una tormenta de nieve, tuve que llamar. El punto 2 fue porque la escuela y la guardería fueron cerradas por otra tormenta de nieve. El punto 3 fue para una batería de camión muerta con una sensación térmica de -23 grados y más nieve. Esperan que juegues a ser dios y conozcas el clima y que llenes un boleto de clima todos los días. Vamos ... también están usando mis vacaciones y el tiempo de PTO en mi contra. Unas vacaciones que se planificaron antes del empleo. ¿Preferiría que un empleado llene un resguardo contra el mal tiempo y use el PTO y le paguen por faltar al trabajo, o que use un punto y no tenga que pagarle por tener que quedarse en casa debido al mal tiempo?
