Hay mucho racismo aquí. A mi amigo le pagaban menos que a las personas contratadas antes y después de él. La única diferencia con él es que es mitad mexicano. Muy desorganizado, oscuro, sucio e inseguro. Estas son cosas que he escuchado y visto de muchas personas que han trabajado allí.

No ofrecen 401k, no tienen buenos beneficios. El día de trabajo típico consiste en soldadura a presión. Asegúrese de usar mangas y equipo proyectivo porque obtendrá marcas de quemaduras en los brazos si no tiene cuidado. Todavía estoy molesto porque tengo los brazos asustados por trabajar en la producción de soldadura en prensa.
