Mi agente de bienes raíces que tiene más de 20 años de experiencia se sorprendió por su falta de profesionalismo y prácticas caóticas. Recientemente completé una transacción y son el depósito de garantía del vendedor. Esto es lo que experimenté personalmente: 1) Nunca envié documentos a tiempo. Mi prestamista no podrá obtener ningún documento hasta después de solicitarlo 3 o 4 veces. 2) Sistema caótico. Les tomó una eternidad responder, pero siempre requirieron respuestas inmediatas de nuestra parte. En lugar de comunicarse con nosotros a través del correo electrónico oficial un par de días antes de que terminara Esrcow, un número aleatorio me envió un mensaje de texto solicitando la firma de documentos el mismo día. Y su horario siempre está reservado, lo que no me deja más remedio que adaptarse a su horario. Cambiaron la instrucción de la transferencia bancaria y la información en papel que me entregaron es incorrecta, y terminaron dándome nueva información de transferencia bancaria por correo electrónico, incluso con errores. ¡Esta es una gran compra, y tuve que verificar tres veces para asegurarme de que se trataba de una estafa! 3) Malas comunicaciones; instrucciones claras, de seguimiento y de atención es un lujo. Nunca experimentamos ninguna comunicación profesional de ellos. 4) Arrastrando los pies para pagarnos el alquiler atrasado del arrendamiento del vendedor. Toda la enmienda de arrendamiento y alquiler se firmó y aún se arrastraron después de que cerró Escrow. Seguían tratando de encontrar razones ridículas para no pagarnos el alquiler del vendedor.
