Han estado haciendo nuestro paisajismo HOA y son simplemente horribles en su trabajo. Los administradores del sitio hacen promesas huecas, el trabajo es mediocre, extrañan islas enteras y dicen ¡Ups! Pagamos el 100% del trabajo, no el 80% del trabajo. Sus ofertas para proyectos separados son, en el mejor de los casos, engañosas. Recibí una cotización de ellos para cortar de 3 a 5 árboles, por más de $ 1300, cuando nos pidieron que aclaramos, nos dijeron que sería 1 árbol y recortar otros 2. No es así como funciona cuando firmas un contrato. Tienen un problema de arriba hacia abajo y necesitan juntar sus cosas. Está claro que, en el mejor de los casos, son mediocres.

Mi HOA los contrató para que hicieran nuestro paisajismo. Su calidad de trabajo es continuamente deficiente. Hacen el trabajo mínimo o se saltan el trabajo ... a menos que los llamen. No podar los patios traseros, no bordear las cercas durante 3-4 semanas, nunca enderezar las camas de paja de pino, excavar las laderas de las colinas con segadoras, nunca usar cortadoras de malezas para cortar el césped donde sus segadoras no pueden alcanzar, arrancar y excavar césped debido a apresurarse y hacer giros bruscos en el césped. Lamentablemente, esto no ocurre solo una vez.

Personalmente, me gustaría no recomendar Truck tk-212 con Gibson Landscaping. Dormían sin trabajar duro y eran muy groseros y poco profesionales. Recomiendo encarecidamente césped al sur para sus necesidades. El supervisor del camión fue muy grosero y dijo: "Mire señora, solo trabajo aquí, llame a mi supervisor si quiere que haga volar el patio, no tengo tiempo".
