Mi padre es un hombre mayor y ha sido tratado por el grupo de cardiología de Park Ridge durante los últimos 5 años. El Dr. Allen le diagnosticó A-Fib hace 4 años y también lo trató el Dr. Willis. Ambos tenían un trato estupendo al lado de la cama y trataron muy bien a mi padre, descubrieron lo que le pasaba a su corazón en poco tiempo. Avanzamos dos años y el Dr. Trombul se hace cargo. Le puso un monitor a papá hace un año y la salud de papá empeoró. Va a la sala de emergencias y le dicen que ha tenido 16 ataques en el último mes, pero la oficina de Trombuls nunca llamó. Llamamos y preguntamos si podíamos tener los discos y Trombul dijo ¿qué me vas a demandar? Solo queríamos buscar a otro cardiólogo. Este hombre es una broma. No espere ser tratado con dignidad por él o su personal.

He sido paciente aquí durante 4 años. Les permití que me guiaran para tener una válvula aórtica artificial, requiere un análisis de sangre de por vida, que hago allí cada dos semanas. Rápido hasta el año pasado, mi médico renunció. Nadie me informó nunca .. Fui a su oficina y me han Veo a un Dr. Tombul muy arrogante que ni siquiera quiso estrecharme la mano o presentarse (muy profesional por cierto) así que al final de la visita le pregunto "¿Vas a ser mi médico?" su respuesta "no me van a hacer verte hasta que contratemos a alguien" bien, aquí estamos un año después, no tengo doctor .. Hasta la fecha Mi seguro y yo hemos gastado más de $ 300,000.00 con este grupo, siempre hago pagos. Aparentemente, fue más fácil deshacerme de mí que conseguirme un nuevo médico porque fui despedido de la práctica por olvidarme de hacer un pago durante 2 meses. En esos 2 meses también contrataron a una nueva señora de facturación. Está bien, entonces la llamo (Belinda), ella me informa que recibí un correo indicando que debía hacer un pago o que me despediría ... así que respondo "está bien, lo siento, puedo hacer un pago, tengo que hacerme un análisis de sangre de por vida y solo tengo 35 años ". ella dice "no, estás despedido y está en cobranza, busqué un nuevo médico". Pedí un supervisor, me dice que me llamarán ese día ... (hace 6 días) oh, y el correo que recibí fue un carta certificada ayer del doctor Tombul diciendo que me despedía ...? ....? Muchachos de buenas prácticas. Me aseguraré de explotarlo en todos los sitios de redes sociales que pueda encontrar. Todos ustedes serán famosos. Especialmente Belinda y el Dr. Tombul

Hoy me hicieron una prueba de estrés nuclear. Estaba extremadamente nerviosa y ansiosa por esto, pero Shannon y Jennifer ayudaron a aliviar mis temores y hacer que el proceso fuera lo más sencillo posible. ¡Gracias!
