Hola chicos, llamé directamente desde el Reino Unido hoy cuando se abrieron sus líneas telefónicas para preguntar sobre la reserva del Regal Princess el 3 de marzo de 2019 FLL Caribbean 7 Night Sailing. El tipo con el que hablé parecía realmente fuera de lugar y no estaba interesado en mis preguntas y me cerró cuando estaba haciendo preguntas en varias cabañas. Estaba tan decepcionado con la llamada que decidí terminar la llamada cortésmente y llamar yo mismo al número de ventas de Princess UK, que luego pasé a una suite. La señora con la que hablé era de primera clase y realmente servicial y también reconoció que había viajado antes con Princess y me vendió más de lo que quería, lo cual estuvo bien, ya que sus habilidades de venta eran excelentes. Solo sirve para demostrar que la primera impresión cuenta. No usaré Dargal ahora, no lo recomendaré en absoluto a ninguno de nuestros compañeros de viaje.
