Esta empresa no ofrece seguros. Sólo proporciona papeleo para que uno pueda decir que hay seguro en la propiedad. Vivo en una HOA y una tubería comunitaria se obstruyó y causó daños en las unidades. Son una empresa de cinco centavos y diez centavos y no tienen ajustadores en el personal ni contratan firmas de consultoría. El servicio al cliente y el desconocimiento de llamadas, mensajes de texto y documentos fue muy poco profesional. El ajustador que contrataron era igual de malo. Rechazaron el reclamo porque dijeron que era una fuga a largo plazo por una obstrucción que ocurrió en un día y usaron la edad del edificio como razón para no cubrir el reclamo. Esto significa que por esa lógica es que no cubren nada. Se están preparando denuncias ante los servicios de protección al consumidor y hasta la fiscalía porque no han actuado de buena fe lo que las hace fraudulentas.

¡Evita como la peste! Community Association Underwriters of America asegura propiedades de asociaciones de condominios. Después de un incendio en nuestra propiedad comunitaria, CAU retuvo fondos indiscutibles por no firmar y devolver la declaración de prueba de pérdida, lo cual es ilegal en el estado de Georgia. Este mismo POL se tergiversó con un número de póliza y una dirección incorrectos junto con un límite de reclamos complementarios igual a la depreciación recuperable en una póliza de Costo de Reemplazo Garantizado. No proporcionar un Informe de higienista industrial y por negar que dicho informe exista o sea necesario después de que un incendio quemó persianas de plástico, alfombras, muebles y productos químicos domésticos. Reclamaciones complementarias denegadas de Contaminantes, moho u hongos debido a la demora en firmar la declaración de prueba de pérdida incorrecta dentro de los 30 días. CAU creó una estimación sin revisar todas las unidades afectadas por el incendio y sin realizar primero un informe IH para determinar el alcance del proyecto. No pongas en riesgo a tu comunidad con el seguro CAU.

Si hubiera 0 estrellas, dejaría eso. Esta empresa no tiene servicio al cliente, de hecho, al dejar 6 mensajes de voz en el transcurso de 3 semanas, no recibimos una llamada. Espero que esta empresa vaya a la quiebra y a la quiebra porque eso es lo que se merecen. Compañía terrible, terrible, terrible sin ningún respeto hacia el cliente. ¡Después de 3 semanas todavía no pudimos recibir una copia de la política maestra!
