Personal muy profesional y amable. A veces, necesito adaptaciones y los recipcionistas son muy comprensivos y amables. Vengo aquí cada pocas semanas y siempre tengo una experiencia positiva.

Es imposible comunicarse con las líneas telefónicas. Siempre está ocupado. Muy frustrante. No se dispone de asesoramiento sobre medicamentos, me dijeron que debía consultar con mi médico de cabecera aunque no fuera el médico que prescribió el medicamento. Muy decepcionado, ya que se supone que es una instalación para ayudar a las personas.

Desde que volví aquí en abril. Me han diagnosticado depresión, ansiedad y trastorno de la personalidad. Muy útil para recursos y muchos grupos como Mindfulness, Ira, Adicciones, ansiedad, etc. El personal es increíble y amable también

Servicio increíble y acompañante. Satisfacen una gran necesidad en nuestra área, pero no cuentan con fondos suficientes para los servicios necesarios. Demasiadas personas necesitadas cayendo por las grietas.

Menos que útil para personas con problemas de salud mental. No hay adaptaciones para personas deprimidas o suicidas. Peor que Guelph General Hospital o Homewood o CAMH.
