ACTUALIZACIÓN: Poco después de comunicarme con la empresa sobre los problemas que creó Mark, recibí dos llamadas telefónicas. Uno de Josh y otro del propietario. Este fue un gran comienzo para resolver el problema. Josh ha sido extremadamente profesional y complaciente para arreglar la situación y condujo hasta mi casa en Georgia para volver a medirme y poner la pelota en marcha. Era extremadamente profesional, conocedor y servicial, tanto que decidí comprar también un traje. Una vez que se realice la entrega, lo más probable es que cambie a una calificación de 4 estrellas debido a la profesionalidad de Josh y la propia empresa.

Problema: Compré un servicio de camisas personalizadas en una recaudación de fondos sin fines de lucro hace casi un año. Tuve la desafortunada experiencia de tener que trabajar con Mark, quien ha sido muy poco profesional, insensible y, en este punto, creo que no es ético. Mark tardó casi 3 meses en contactarme en primer lugar, luego vino a mi casa para las medidas y para seleccionar la tela, me dijo que tomaría alrededor de un mes recuperar la camisa ya que era personalizada. Ya han pasado 6 meses más tarde y todavía sin camiseta. Como nuevo cliente potencial, me sorprende que no le haya prestado la misma atención que a cualquier otro cliente nuevo. Además, estoy absolutamente asombrado de que se comprometiera con una organización sin fines de lucro y se deshiciera por completo de su obligación. Como alguien que compra trajes nuevos y códigos de vestimenta con frecuencia, su empresa ahora se ha perdido un nuevo cliente que habría sido bueno para el negocio.
