I had an average experience with Bill Owings Custom Clothing. The quality of their custom clothing was decent, but nothing mind-blowing. The fit of the clothes was okay, but it could have been better. The customer service was average as well. The staff was friendly, but they didn't go above and beyond to make me feel special. Overall, I would say it's an average place to get custom clothing.
