Me tomó una visita darme cuenta de que el Dr. Rosenfeld estaba desprovisto de empatía humana y era un fracaso en el manejo del dolor y en el trato con la silla. Nunca volvería. Mi esposa acaba de tener una emergencia dental y también la trataron mal. Ella le había pedido al asistente que no tocara el diente partido hasta que se aplicara la anestesia, pero aparentemente escuchar a los pacientes no es lo que hacen.

Primera visita ayer, muy feliz con Laura, el técnico y el personal de recepción, por incluirme en una lista de cancelaciones. Completo, profesional, muy agradable. Espero volver para mis empastes y limpiezas. Verdadero Aloha aquí. Ty!

Empezaré diciendo que le tenía un miedo mortal al dentista. Me tomó semanas finalmente hacer la llamada telefónica. ¡Estoy tan contenta de haberlo hecho! El Dr. Martineau y todo su personal son las personas más amables y profesionales. No puedo decirlo lo suficiente.
