Compré madera noble para todo el primer piso y dos tramos de escaleras y azulejos para 3 baños, cuarto de lavado y un vestidor. Excelentes productos y servicios y excelente instalación. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Los recomiendo mucho.

Terrible servicio al cliente. Llamé a Alfred's Carpet para pedir una cotización para la alfombra después de que mi complejo de apartamentos afirmó que costaría más de $ 1,000 reemplazar la alfombra en dos habitaciones. Los gerentes de mi complejo de apartamentos mencionaron que podía llamar a Alfreds y obtener una cotización. Tan pronto como me comunico con Alfred's, me informan que, como no soy dueño de un apartamento, no pueden darme una cotización. Traté de explicar que no seguiré adelante con la cotización, solo quiero asegurarme de que mi apartamento no me arruine. Obviamente, son amigos del propietario y se preocupan más por esa relación que por ayudar a los de Ames. Recomendaría ALTAMENTE NO usar Alfreds.
