Hablé con John y le expliqué lo que necesitaba y lo que estaba buscando. En lugar de hacerme preguntas sobre la propiedad para proporcionarme una cotización, me preguntó por qué no llamé a mi agente. Le dije que sí y se supone que me devolverán la llamada, pero sabiendo que las compañías de seguros tienen precios diferentes, supe que necesitaba comparar precios y decidí llamar a Amica y luego a Adams Ins. Siguió diciendo que será mejor si voy con mi agente, que me ahorraré unos dólares. Nunca se molestó en darme una cotización o hacer preguntas al respecto. Solía ser agente de seguros por más de 10 años y sé que era parte de mi trabajo hacer ventas y generar negocios. Sabía y sé que si usted, como agente, puede conseguir un cliente con 1 póliza, es más probable que pueda incorporar todas las demás pólizas más adelante. Entonces, obviamente, él no estaba interesado en eso. Le dije que había perdido mi negocio. No están interesados en nuestro negocio con ellos y probablemente estén sentados allí haciendo sus horas sin hacer nada. Mal servicio.
