¡No compre productos de Yves Rocher!
¡Queja muy seria!
Mi madre de 88 años había comprado dos (2) botellas de su gel de baño y ducha energizante de jengibre y maracuyá Yves Rocher y ambas botellas no estaban completamente llenas, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable.
No estoy seguro de lo que sucedió durante el proceso de empaque, fabricación y / o transporte, ¡pero mi madre debe haber recibido un lote defectuoso!
¡Todo lo que mi madre quiere es proporcionarle un reemplazo de producto para sus inconvenientes!

Esta es una reseña de un cliente de Yves Rocher North America. Sus productos son buenos, pero encuentro que nunca se pueden obtener los mismos productos dos veces seguidas. Muchas veces tengo que ir a Amazon o Ebay para obtener productos que pedí unos meses antes porque están descontinuados en Yves Rocher. Ya no trato con la empresa e inmediatamente tiro sus catálogos cuando vienen a casa por tres razones: 1) Son muy lentos para responder a la línea de sus clientes - 10 minutos de espera hoy 2) Parece que nunca podrá obtener el mismo producto dos veces 2) Su envío es muy lento (encuentro unas dos semanas) en comparación con la mayoría de las otras empresas en estos días.
