WiTech Revisar

I had a mixed experience with WiTech. While their customer service was fantastic, the quality of their work was subpar. The technician who came to fix my computer was friendly and knowledgeable, but he couldn't completely solve the problem. I had to call them again, and it took longer than expected to get everything fixed.

Te digo una cosa, ¡fantástico trabajo! Toda la experiencia fue más de lo que esperaba. Noté que quitaron algunos escombros que estaban en el costado. Cuando le pregunté cuánto más iba a costar eso, el caballero dijo que siempre nos vamos donde estamos en mejor forma que cuando llegamos. Sin cargo. ¿¡NO ES ESE SUMTHIN!?!?!?!

Pedí 10 yardas cúbicas de tierra vegetal pulverizada hace unas semanas para llenar algunos puntos bajos en mi patio trasero y preparar mi nuevo patio trasero para mi hijo. El servicio, el precio y el tiempo de respuesta fueron fantásticos. Busqué y encontré que Witech tenía un precio muy justo, ordené (creo) un martes y me lo entregaron en la entrada el jueves, y la persona que realizó la entrega me mantuvo al día con las llamadas telefónicas. Habiendo dicho todo eso, me dijeron que la capa superior del suelo pulverizada se pasa a través de un filtro de malla y que se eliminarán los escombros o rocas grandes. Eso era cierto.

Mi problema es todo el vidrio que hemos encontrado en la capa superior del suelo. Mi familia ahora ha recogido entre 20 y 30 piezas de vidrio roto de al menos media pulgada de ancho, la mayoría de ellas más cerca de una pulgada. Esto es ridículo y un enorme peligro para mi seguridad, mi familia y, especialmente, mi hijo de 1 año que comienza a deambular por el patio. Cuando llamé para preguntar por el vaso, no me ofrecieron disculpas ni explicaciones, solo me dijeron repetidamente "eso es extraño, no debería haber ningún vaso".

No pida tierra vegetal para su césped a Witech.
