Además del hecho de que mi esposa no ha podido cambiar su nombre desde que nos casamos (hace casi tres años), también descubrimos recientemente que la cuenta había sido "actualizada" a un programa que tiene una tarifa mensual. Nunca dimos nuestro consentimiento para esta actualización, ni recibimos ninguna comunicación al respecto. El banco se negó a reembolsar el monto total que nos quitaron después de no obtener la aprobación de mi esposa para cobrarle.
