Lo pasé peor con esta empresa. Lo que debería haber tomado dos semanas tomó 6 meses y ni siquiera me aprobaron al final. Estas son las cosas que sucedieron:
- llamaron al número de teléfono incorrecto repetidamente durante más de un mes, luego fueron groseros conmigo y con mi asesor cuando lo descubrieron
- Todavía les tomó aproximadamente 2 semanas después de eso para que establecieran una cita conmigo, aunque llamé repetidamente.
- le pidieron a mi esposo que hiciera una requisición médica, incluso después de haber sido aprobado.
- Afirmaron haber enviado los formularios de solicitud a mi doc, pero no estaban en ninguna parte de mis registros de docs y tuvieron que volver a solicitarlos varias veces antes de obtener una copia.
- Acosaban al consultorio de mi médico para obtener formularios, incluso después de que el consultorio del médico los había enviado. Haciéndome pensar que los habían perdido. Por hostigamiento me refiero a llamar más de 3 veces al día, incluso después de que la recepcionista les dijera repetidamente que los habían enviado. Incluso llamaron mientras estábamos allí para una cita separada. Sin embargo, no registraron todas estas llamadas en sus registros. Dijeron que parte de la razón por la que no me aprobaron es porque mi médico no pudo ampliar una situación que sucedió hace diez años. Como solo ha sido mi médico durante 3 años y esa situación ya no afecta mi vida, creo que es una razón inválida para negarle el seguro a alguien. Aunque no lo querría de estos tipos de todos modos en este momento.

Mi lugar al que acudir para los servicios paramédicos de seguros. Los he estado usando durante muchos años.
