Me robaron $ 80 aquí el fin de semana, cuando pedí presentar una queja formal para registrar el incidente, el supervisor Sunny me amenazó con que me echaran. No se presentó ninguna queja, no se proporcionó ninguna actualización, aunque se informó a toda la administración. Sé que los tiempos son difíciles, pero si desea una alta gerencia y cuidadores confiables, le sugiero encarecidamente que NUNCA coloque a su familia en una instalación de este tipo con sus estándares cumplidos. Viniendo de una EMT registrada a nivel nacional y una CNA registrada en el estado de WA, tenga cuidado en esta instalación. Todo esto ocurrió el 06/2018. Gracias por leer, lo que vi fue tan intenso que tuve que presentar una queja ante el estado solo para asegurarme de que hubiera algún tipo de seguimiento con todos los residentes después de irse, ¡todos merecen ser tratados como un ser humano! Son groseros con el personal y les gritan frente a los clientes que llegan y los residentes que viven allí.

¡Creo que este lugar es fantástico! La gente aquí cuida a mi papá y hace un gran trabajo asegurándose de que reciba la atención que se merece. Puedo decir que les gusta lo que están haciendo y están felices de ayudar a nuestros seres queridos.
