Tuve una gran experiencia comprando un Aqua Lily Pad como regalo para mi mamá. El envío se retrasó debido a COVID, pero me mantuvieron informado y una vez que se envió la almohadilla, la tuvimos en menos de 48 horas. Cuando llegó nuestra almohadilla, tenía una pequeña rotura, así que me comuniqué con ALP y rápidamente resolvieron el problema. Recibí respuesta casi de inmediato y me dieron la opción de devolver la almohadilla (sin costo para mí) y reemplazar la almohadilla por una nueva u obtener un kit de reparación y un altavoz inalámbrico gratis por las molestias. Recomiendo encarecidamente a ALP por sus increíbles productos y su excelente servicio al cliente.

Comprado el 5 de junio aún no ha llegado. Lo que es más decepcionante es que el sitio web no mencionó problemas con los tiempos de envío, pedidos pendientes, etc. Cuando se llamó a la compañía, mencionaron que el procesamiento / envío fue lento debido a Covid. Que es comprensible. Cualquiera que sea el caso, actualice su sitio web con la información correcta para que las expectativas de su cliente sean correctas. Las empresas competidoras tenían productos en stock y podrían haber llegado en días. La información proporcionada por su empresa ahora indica que se envió el 6.15 y que llegará el 6.19.20. Esta publicación es 6.24 y aún no ha llegado, y su empresa no ha respondido por qué. En este día de seguimiento de la información debemos saber dónde está el producto y la fecha de entrega.
Espero que el producto sea bueno cuando llegue, ya que lamentablemente será la última compra directa de esta empresa. Recomiendo encarecidamente usar Amazon o directamente a través de Costco si compra.

Servicio al cliente y envío deficientes. Pedido el 6/4. El pedido se actualizó el 22 de junio, lo que indica que se envió. El producto no se envió realmente hasta el 30/6. Un mes después de realizar el pedido y aún no he recibido el producto.

Pedido hace más de un mes, todavía nada. Llamado varias veces. El servicio al cliente no fue de ayuda. Gasté más de $ 500 y no son de ninguna ayuda.
