Muy poco confiable. No se presenta 3 veces, luego llame para decir que estará allí en cuatro días. SOLICITE una llamada el día antes de la visita, NO llame, cuando llamen quieren que me quepan el mismo día de la llamada. Cuando vinieron, solo tomaron BP y temperatura y dijeron que todo se ve bien. 6 horas después ingresado en el hospital con una infección aguda. Todos los síntomas estaban presentes en su visita. Tuve una cirugía mayor debido al cáncer. El servicio que brindaron fue inútil.

Durante el tiempo que mi esposo estuvo en cuidados paliativos domiciliarios, la enfermera fue maravillosa. Ella mostró tal preocupación y cariño por él durante los 3 meses que nos visitó. Después del horario de atención, las llamadas se devolvieron de inmediato y cada persona con la que tuvimos contacto fue muy servicial y considerada. Recomendaría este grupo a cualquiera.

Nunca llegan a tiempo, nunca llamen si van a llegar tarde o no pueden llegar en un día determinado que ya tienen programado. ¡Es muy frustrante!
