I have been a customer of Vimpex Kft. for several years now and I must say, their products are just average. The quality is decent but nothing special. I feel like there are better options out there, but they get the job done. Overall, I would say they are just average.

No pueden ser contactados por teléfono o correo electrónico, no responden a nada. No hay atención al cliente, el gerente de la tienda ha sido difícil de contactar, quien no pudo decir nada, porque es "solo un gerente de tienda" ... Se necesitan semanas para entregar los productos pedidos.

Después del pago, el inspector puso allí dos productos más que yo no sabía qué eran, y luego, cuando le pregunté, respondió con hostilidad que era un regalo. Después de que no entendí eso y por qué, le pregunté si tenía ese don. Respuesta: un regalo. Después de salir de la tienda, escucho a este hombre hablando con el cajero detrás de mí en un estado emocional hostil.
