Nuestra organización sin fines de lucro los contrató para subcontratar nuestros problemas de TI, pero no se comunican con los empleados de nuestra empresa cuando implementan las actualizaciones. Tampoco responden en una cantidad de tiempo adecuada para resolver problemas de TI. Dicen que están "activos" en Slack, pero tardan entre 2 y 3 días en responder.
