Acabo de hablar por teléfono con una de las representantes de ventas, Evelyn. Ayer me dijeron que UGSM podría cumplir con la mayoría de los artículos que estaba solicitando. Está bien. Hoy me dijeron que no podían cumplir con un artículo adicional después de haber hablado con mi cliente. Menos bien.
Terminé hablando con Evelyn quien, después de presionar (firme pero cortésmente) para tratar de conseguir el artículo, me dijo que no debería hacer promesas a mis clientes que no pueda cumplir. Agradable. Luego me interrumpió repetidamente y me dijo que tal vez debería buscar un proveedor diferente (¡tienes toda la razón, Evelyn!). Le dije que estaba siendo grosera y le pedí hablar con quien estuviera por encima de ella. Ella se negó a darme información de contacto.
Luego procedió a SUJETAR MI LÍMITE MÍNIMO DE GASTOS A $ 5000, lo que efectivamente me quitó de hacer negocios con ellos.
