Mi empresa es un antiguo cliente (afortunadamente) de Uhlig. Nos hemos asociado con ellos durante muchos años y nos acaban de informar que iban a interrumpir nuestro servicio. Nos dieron 4 DÍAS (!!!) para sacar nuestro inventario de su almacén. Amenazan con destruir todo nuestro inventario si no seleccionamos un nuevo proveedor. (Historia paralela: tenemos que pagar por estos artículos pase lo que pase, y muchos de los artículos no tenían el historial de ventas de lo que habían impreso. Es decir, 31 rollos de 500 para un artículo que se ordenó 4 veces en 18 meses. ) Esta falta de profesionalismo es realmente increíble. Elegir un proveedor es bastante difícil en circunstancias normales. Ahora agregue que estamos en una pandemia y no podemos hacer reuniones cara a cara con nuestro propio personal, y mucho menos con los proveedores. Absolutamente horrible servicio al cliente. Por mucho dolor que haya tenido que lidiar con esto, estoy muy feliz de no tener que trabajar más con Uhlig.
