Estas personas son amables, ¡pero nunca he tenido un peor servicio en mi vida! Después de mudarme, esperaba recuperar mi depósito de seguridad (solo $ 150) de manera oportuna; terminó tomando al menos seis llamadas telefónicas, tres correos electrónicos y SIETE SEMANAS para recuperar mi dinero (¡lo cual es ILEGAL!). Ni siquiera hicieron un intento serio de devolver mi dinero hasta que comencé a pedir el doble según las leyes de mala fe de CA para inquilinos, después de lo cual resolvieron el problema en solo un par de horas. Cada vez que llamaba, decían que el dinero estaba "en el sistema", "en camino", "liberado en mi cuenta", o alguna otra frase inútil. Afirmaron que la demora se debió a una "retención" en mi cuenta (a pesar de que mi cuenta estaba limpia excepto por el dinero que me debían) y me castigaron por su propia incompetencia reteniendo ILEGALMENTE mi depósito de seguridad por más del DOS VECES del tiempo permitido por ley para devolver el dinero. ¡Viva en otro lugar o prepárese para potencialmente pasar meses tratando de recuperar el dinero que le deben!
