Mi línea de crédito comercial terminó siendo comprada por Touchmark Bank después de que Colonial Bank cerró sus operaciones en 2008. Cuando mi cuenta comercial fue transferida a este banco, inicialmente tenían buenas personas con las que era genial trabajar, pero cada vez que llamaba al banco para dar servicio a mi cuenta, la persona con la que trabajaba anteriormente ya no estaba allí. Durante los últimos diez años me han asignado varias personas y, más recientemente, cuando me dijeron que la persona que estaba a cargo de mi cuenta ya no estaba allí, el siguiente hombre me informó que mi cuenta había sido cerrada. La última conversación que tuve con el banco fue la renovación de mi línea de crédito y en ese momento me dijeron que la renovación se había completado y que estábamos listos para comenzar. Ahora que necesito mi línea de crédito, se cerró sin previo aviso ni aviso y nadie en el banco se molestó en comunicarse conmigo para decírmelo. Además, nadie se disculpó. Al parecer, el cliente no es muy importante en este banco.

Maravilloso, maravilloso, maravilloso !!! ¡Tengo cinco cuentas aquí y soy un gran admirador! El banco en sí está bien, pero son las mujeres que trabajan en esta sucursal las que hacen de este un lugar particularmente especial. Como mujer que tiene su propio negocio, me encanta lo especial que me tratan, ¡¡¡especialmente a Linda, la gerente !!! Recomendaría a todo el mundo que realice operaciones bancarias aquí. :)
