Conducía mi Lexus LX570 2017 en la I95 norte por el área de la salida 19, una piedra salió volando de uno de sus camiones de construcción y golpeó mi camión. Detuvo el camión, me dio un número para llamar y ese número no funciona

Esta mañana alrededor de las 7 am mientras conducía al trabajo en 95S en dirección a VA. Fui testigo de uno de sus vehículos (Total Engineering, Inc.) desviándose por toda la carretera (Etiqueta 24V375) y casi provocó varios accidentes. Aparentemente, el conductor parecía estar bajo los efectos del alcohol o intoxicado. Cuando intenté llamar a su oficina para hablar con alguien, me colgaron dos veces. Cuando procedí a devolver la llamada, varias veces más nadie contestó el teléfono. Es bastante lamentable que no se tome el tiempo para preocuparse por lo que está sucediendo cuando su negocio puede verse afectado.

SERVICIO AL CLIENTE EXTREMADAMENTE DEFICIENTE cuando llama para alertarle sobre uno de sus vehículos.
