Muy empoderador; le da justo lo que necesita mientras lo hace sentir bienvenido y digno. Si está pensando en llamar, hágalo, el personal es muy comprensivo y está a su disposición si necesita que alguien lo escuche. O algunos esperan que haya una manera de llevar tu vida a donde quieres estar. No creas lo que escuchas, asume que es muy diferente, mucho mejor de lo que te imaginas.

¡Mi primera vez en un refugio y la peor experiencia de mi vida! no les gusta la gente por el color de su piel. Son muy desagradables y pueden preocuparse menos por tu situación. ¡¡¡Ellos hablan mal de sus hijos y no pondrán calor en el refugio si usted es NEGRO !!! SI NEGRO !!!! Retienen su correo y después de 30 días no se le permite ingresar a su propiedad. Tienes quehaceres como si estuvieras en un orfanato (fregar paredes, rodapiés, fregar pisos, LAVAR VENTANAS ... etc.) Son MUY NO PROFESIONALES y carecen de educación económica o racial. No se le permite traer aparatos electrónicos o juguetes adentro y tienen que ir a algún lugar donde estará en "BLOQUEO" HASTA QUE REGRESEN. NO recomendaré a nadie que esté pasando por alguna VIOLENCIA DOMÉSTICA que asista a este refugio. ¡SI PODRÍA DAR LAS 0 ESTRELLAS, LO HARÍA !!!!

Me di cuenta de que la mayoría de las personas que estaban allí querían ayudar, pero no pude obtener la ayuda que necesitaba cuando la necesitaba en ese momento porque su supervisor conoce a alguien. Necesitaba su ayuda y gracias por negarme la ayuda para mis hijos también. Solo sé que me he construido sin tu ayuda de todos modos. Solo espere que nadie más que usted conozca cause que alguien más sea rechazado que realmente necesita ayuda.
