Acabo de estar asociado con Wellington Terrace durante aproximadamente 2 semanas, cuando mi suegro tuvo el privilegio y la suerte de haber sido seleccionado para hacer de WT su nuevo hogar. El personal ha sido increíble, ya que conocen cada detalle de sus gustos y disgustos. Su salud, seguridad y bienestar son su máxima prioridad. Recomendaría encarecidamente esta instalación y la calificaría como "la mejor de Ontario". ACTUALIZACIÓN 17 de noviembre de 2020 ... Nadie quiere que su ser querido se mude a un centro de atención a largo plazo. Es una conversión difícil de tener con su familiar. Mi único consejo es que no lo posponga hasta que la lista de "llamadas cercanas" sea tan larga que sea urgente hacer el cambio. Las listas de espera para las mejores casas LTC en Ontario son muy largas, así que planifique con al menos 2 años de anticipación. Tu ser querido te lo agradecerá a tiempo. Mi esposa y yo recorrimos 10 casas de LTC antes de que llegara Covid. Vimos algunas ubicaciones FOR PROFIT muy mal gestionadas, y algunas buenas. Wellington Terrace, una instalación sin fines de lucro administrada por el condado, continúa destacando, sobre todo el resto. El personal es asombroso. Hemos aprendido que sin un buen personal que esté feliz de venir a trabajar, la casa de LTC no tiene una calificación de 5 estrellas, y usted no estará feliz de colocar a su ser querido en ese lugar. WT ha cumplido con todas nuestras expectativas y dormimos bien por la noche sabiendo que nuestro ser querido está en buenas manos. (con el tiempo comprenderás lo que quiero decir con ese último comentario, si es que aún no lo sabes)

Esta instalación es la mejor instalación para los ancianos que necesitan ayuda para cuidarse a sí mismos. Cada persona es tratada con dignidad y respeto.
