No pierda su tiempo trabajando para una empresa externa, especialmente The Heller Group. La cantidad de falta de respeto que escuche de sus supervisores debería ser ilegal. No existe organización alguna dentro de esta empresa. El gerente que ha trabajado para THG durante más de 15 años, y renunció recientemente, RR.HH. supuestamente es la mujer que trabaja en la recepción. No tiene una forma legítima de registrar sus horas para realizar un seguimiento de su tiempo y pago. La información sobre la tasa de pago, la comisión y las horas extra ha cambiado 3 veces en un período de 2 meses. Esta empresa se está desmoronando y están arrastrando a sus empleados hasta el fondo hasta que no les quedan más negocios. No están cumpliendo con la cuota de ventas porque los agentes están siendo menospreciados y tratados como si fueran niños por sus supervisores. ¡¿Cómo puede una empresa tener éxito si no todos están poniendo su 100% ?!
Las personas son enviadas a casa temprano ANTES de la hora programada según la cantidad de ventas que tengan. La tarifa de pago ha cambiado tantas veces que los empleados no han recibido sus cheques y si tienen el salario base es incorrecto.
Nuevamente, no trabaje para esta compañía a menos que planee arrepentirse por completo. He desperdiciado 2 meses de mi tiempo y energía en una empresa que ni siquiera puede responder a mis preguntas, degrada continuamente a los agentes y está extremadamente desorganizada. Estoy más que frustrado de tener que llamar a Recursos Humanos a la recepcionista solo para ver por qué no me han pagado. Y luego pídale que me diga: No estamos abiertos hasta dentro de 30 minutos. Estoy tomando un sorbo de café en este momento. Esto es ridículo. El grupo Heller es una estafa.

Trabajé aquí brevemente. Extremadamente poco profesional, literalmente estalló una pelea mientras yo hablaba por teléfono atendiendo a un cliente. La señorita TL es extremadamente poco profesional. Hizo que despidieran a su propia amiga. Solo tomaría este trabajo como último recurso.
