Hace dos años, cuando me iban a reemplazar las cataratas, me diagnosticaron distrofia corneal de Fuchs grave en ambos ojos. Si no se trata, esto finalmente conduciría a una ceguera total. Me operaron el ojo izquierdo en septiembre de 2019, y luego mi ojo derecho se hizo en julio de 2020. Fui a un control de progreso de rutina el 29 de septiembre de 2020 y me complació mucho saber que mi ojo izquierdo ahora tiene 20/25 y mi ojo derecho es 20/30.
