Hice un trabajo de árbol en una propiedad de la que están a cargo, hace varias semanas, y nunca me pagaron.

Desafortunadamente, DHCD reasignó mi préstamo HPAP a esta empresa durante el verano de 2020. Mi primer pago venceba el 01/07 y lo pagué a tiempo. Posteriormente pagué mis pagos mensuales en las siguientes fechas: 05/08, 01/09, 05/10. Desde agosto, la factura mensual indica que tengo 30 días de retraso. ¿Cómo es posible si acabo de pagar el primer mes? Entonces, los llamé en agosto y dijeron que había un error de facturación y que se resolverá en la factura de septiembre. Como puedes imaginar, volvió a pasar en septiembre, así que volví a llamar y me dijeron que estaba arreglado. Octubre está aquí, mismo problema y me cobraron un cargo por pago atrasado que se dedujo del monto principal adicional que incluí en mi pago. Hoy, 29 de octubre, llamé nuevamente y recibí la misma respuesta: "No sé por qué sucede esto, pero no podemos solucionarlo en atención al cliente y no tengo ningún otro número para transferirlo". ¿De qué sirve tener servicio al cliente si no pueden solucionar los problemas de facturación? No hay un departamento de facturación ni un gerente que se encargue de este problema de facturación. Mientras tanto, no sé si me han denunciado y mi crédito se ve afectado. ¡Servicios horribles y todavía no sé qué hacer! Muy frustrante.
