Desafortunadamente, me siento obligado a tomarme un tiempo y enviar comentarios honestos sobre Synergy Signs / Graphics debido a mi experiencia con Jim Dawson, el propietario. A pesar de que mi impresión y experiencia inicial con él y su equipo fue muy positiva, resultó ser muy decepcionante cuando el proyecto se completó FINALMENTE. Le pagué el 50% requerido por el proyecto y luego tomó más de un año desde ese momento hasta que el proyecto se completó. Una vez que tuvo mi depósito, escuché muy poca comunicación de él, y estaba más que frustrante de tener trabajo con el otro subcontratista trabajando para completar la base del letrero. Terminó jugando a señalar con el dedo y culpar cuando las cosas no salieron tan bien como estaba planeado, y me dejó para resolver los detalles por mi cuenta. Muy pobre comunicador, muy lento para completar el proyecto, y DEFINITIVAMENTE reconsideraría trabajar con este equipo en el futuro. Son extremadamente artísticos y creativos, pero cuando se trata de comunicación y ejecución, dejan mucho que desear.
