La familia para la que trabajo a través de esta empresa ha tenido muchos de los mismos problemas de comunicación. Parece que el personal de la oficina no puede anotar los números de teléfono correctos del paciente o sus contactos de emergencia, incluso cuando sus enfermeras les dan los números correctos y la familia los proporciona varias veces. ¡Usa a alguien más! Daría cero estrellas si pudiera. ¡Ni siquiera puedo obtener el apellido de la persona que ingresa a su casa! ¿Permitirías a un completo extraño en tu casa? Esto es lo que esta empresa espera que hagas. No fue una buena experiencia en los 2 años que llevamos con ellos.
